摘 要：战略性新兴产业协同创新作为一种新的创新组织范式，在我国得到了积极运用和实践，但仍存在协同性不强、创新质量不高等问题，因此，对国内战略性新兴产业协同创新研究成果进行梳理和归纳，可以更好地指导和推动我国战略性新兴产业的协同创新实践和快速发展。基于对国内战略性新兴产业协同创新研究文献的收集和整理，从战略性新兴产业协同创新的内涵和特征、影响因素、协同创新模式、实施路径、演化、实施策略及建议等方面对战略性新兴产业协同创新的最新成果进行了综述，指出了研究的不足和未来研究的重点及方向。有利于增进国内学者对战略性新兴产业协同创新的理解和认识，有利于指导我国战略性新兴产业协同创新实践，对于推动战略性新兴产业协同创新发展具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。关键词：战略性新兴产业;协同创新;协同创新模式;协同创新策略 中图分类号：F 263

Research Review and Prospect of Collaborative Innovation
of Strategic Emerging Industries in China

Abstract：As a new paradigm of innovative organization，collaborative innovation of strategic emerging industry has been actively applied and practiced in China.However，there are still such problems as lack of synergy and low quality of innovation.Therefore，combing and summarizing the domestic research of collaborative innovation of strategic emerging industries can better guide and promote the collaborative innovation practice，and make a rapid development for China’s strategic emerging industries.Based on the collection and collation of the research literature on the collaborative innovation of strategic emerging industries in China，the latest achievements of the collaborative innovation of strategic emerging industries are summarized from the connotation and characteristics，influencing factors，collaborative innovation model，implementation path，evolution，implementation strategy and suggestions of the strategic emerging industries.The shortcomings of research and the focus and direction of future research are pointed out.This article is conductive to enhancing domestic scholars’ understanding of collaborative innovation in strategic emerging industries，which is conductive to guiding China’s strategic emerging industries in collaborative innovation practice.It is of great theoretical and practical values to promote the collaborative and innovative development of strategic emerging industries.

0 引 言
戰略性新兴产业代表新一轮科技革命和产业变革的方向，是我国培育发展新动能、获取未来竞争新优势的关键领域。与传统产业相比，战略性新兴产业作为技术密集型产业，其发展的核心在于创新。战略性新兴产业创新具有重大创造性、突破性、交融性、创新主体多元性和跨领域交叉性等特征，在创新发展上必须构建与之相适应的协同创新体系[1]。战略性新兴产业协同创新作为一种新的组织范式，可以将分散在企业、高校、科研院所、政府、中介机构等多个主体的创新资源集中起来，通过合作和资源共享，实现协同创新，不仅可以使创新直面市场和需求，而且可以降低创新成本，有效提升产业创新能力和创新质量，推动各创新主体共同发展[2]。对推动战略性新兴产业高质量发展，深入实施创新驱动战略，促进我国产业转型升级和增强国家综合实力具有重要现实意义。
