一．分析课题，确定检索词
课题分析是指在着手查找文献信息前对课题内容进行分析, 拟定出中英文
检索用词，以明确文献检索目的和需求的过程。
课题分析：类风湿性关节炎（RA）是一种发病机制尚不明确的以滑膜关节慢性炎症为主要表现的全身多系统疾病。可发生于任何年龄，常对关节结构造成破坏，最终造成畸形和功能丧失。目前对于RA的有五种常规治疗方法： 1）NSAIDs药物治疗； 2）DMARDs药物治疗； 3）Glucocorticoids(GC)治疗； 4）植物药制剂治疗； 5）生物制剂的治疗。而GC有很强大的抗炎作用，在RA的治疗中有着重要的治疗作用。本课题是通过对关于对GC在 RA的治疗作用文献的回顾，以发现GC在RA的新应用机制及相关的信息，以更好地指导临床应用，提高GC的临床应用效果。
