铝及铝合金的钎焊技术的研究
2.课题分析:
①课题背景:
铝合金具有密度小、强度高和耐腐蚀等优点,因而广泛应用于汽车、高速铁路车辆、航空航天和军事工业。由于它特有的物理、化学性能,其焊接过程中会遇到一系列困难,如氧化、焊缝热裂纹和气孔等。对于铝合金的焊接,传统的方法主要以熔化焊接为主,设备复杂,且对焊工的技术要求也比较严格。铝钎焊作为铝合金连接的重要方法,具有钎焊件变形小、尺寸精度高等优点,近年来在我国得到广泛的应用。铝及铝合金的钎焊技术近年来研究较多。随着新材料、新方法的不断出现,铝及铝合金的钎焊工艺也得到了快速的发展。
本实习的主要工作是通过各种期刊网和网络搜索引擎等检索工具,同时通过校图书馆馆藏书目,得到以下关于课题方面的背景知识:表面工程的研究内容,发展及应用。
②检索思路:
首先是如何选择检索词:本课题是针对铝及铝合金的钎焊技术的发展及应用,搜索重点应该是钎焊技术方面的,包括火焰钎焊技术、炉中钎焊技术、盐浴钎焊技术等。设定中文搜索关键词:铝及铝合金、火焰钎焊技术、炉中钎焊技术、盐浴钎焊技术、钎焊等。英文关键词:aluminium and aluminium alloy、flame braze welding technology、furnace braze welding technology、salinity braze welding technology、braze welding technology。关键词根据每一个数据库的搜索情况进行组合,灵活应用。选择数据库,充分利用学校既有的期刊论文、会议论文、学位论文等中文数据库和了解的外文数据库进行检索,主要数据库如下:
